In this course I will introduce you to the four main body systems or areas of our lives.  We will look at what each of these areas is, how they relate to each other and how to tell which areas are out of balance and affecting our lives negatively.  These areas are interrelated and affect each other even when just one is not working effectively. It is important that we constantly pay attention to how these areas are functioning.  We will also learn helpful tools and techniques to keep each area functioning effectively.  This will be an introductory course to help identify and work within our complex and interrelated systems. This is a fairly short, easy class that you can repeat as necessary. Because, this is a class you will want to take over and over as needed to stay on top of what is going on in your internal life and where you need to course correct. In other words, this course will help keep you focused because with our busy schedules, we tend to neglect our internal callings and forget how continual monitoring of these areas can be both healthy and beneficial.
