We will work from a short 5-minute meditation all the way up to a 20-minute meditation, focusing on different themes and mantras each day. Each day comes with a journaling sheet to help you along! By the end of this course, you will feel comfortable meditating on your own!
And, if you enjoy the guided meditation style, there are some bonus meditation practices for you at the end of the course that you are welcome to use as much as you'd like to continue on your meditation journey.
