Zhu C says "As an entrepreneur I wear so many hats, and have focused on raising capital for my company. I was excited to finally get interest from a venture capital company, who presented me with a term sheet. I had zero idea if it was good or not. I immediately searched for a course so I could learn, and this course is what I took. Amazing. I feel far more empowered now to deal with the investors and make sure I get a fair deal."
Why You Need To Learn About Term Sheets
Venture capital term sheets are complex at best. Long legal documents which have many specific stipulations which will impact your company as it grows. Entrepreneurs, learn how to navigate the world of 2nd round term sheets, making sure you, your board, past investors and employees all will gain the process and not lose value.
Be a term sheet pro after this course!
In this course we focus on a company who already has a first round of funding, and now is looking at a second round. What does this mean for the initial investor? How about the entrepreneur? All this and more is covered in this course as they relate to term sheets.
