Lighting Designers Exam

This course is an experience-based exam for lighting designers.  It is composed of 3 categories.  The first category is about the basics of lighting, where the student will be tested if they are familiar with the lighting design terms and basic electrical engineering words.  The second category is about the lighting design standards and applications, where the student will be tested if they know the lighting design standards based on different countries and organizations.  The last and third category is about the logic and ethical conduct of lighting designers, where the student will be tested on how ethical their designs are in terms of considering humans, nature, and investments.

The first 100 questions are about the technical and artistic aspects of lighting.  It will test your knowledge of the basics of lighting.  It also includes the basics of electricity and physics.

The next 25 questions include the theory, history, and standards of lighting.  The questions are based on standards and new trends in lighting.

The last 5 questions are about the logic and ethical conduct of lighting designers.

This examination has visual guidance.  If you are not familiar with the words, you can check them by looking at the visuals or images.
