Four and a half cups of farina - a cup of warm milk - half a cup of warm water - a quarter of a cup of melted butter - a tablespoon of yeast - two tablespoons of sugar - a teaspoon of table salt - one medium-sized egg.


How to prepare


Prepare a deep bowl, put milk, salt, butter, sugar, water and yeast.


Add the egg to the ingredients and mix well.


Gradually add the farina to the previous ingredients and knead for about five minutes or a little more. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, and leave it in a warm place until it ferments and reduces in size for thirty minutes, then cut the dough into sixteen pieces of equal size.


Leave the pieces of bread in a warm place to ferment for about an hour and a half, after stacking the bread in the tray, paint the top with eggs, which gives it a shine when it is cooked.


Preheat the oven to a medium temperature, put the tray in it, and bake for about fifteen minutes, until the color of the bread turns golden.
