Belly Dance....at your convenience! I will guide you through mini drill sets in American style of belly dance. Learn various basic belly dance isolations as well as some traveling dance steps. It’s as simple as WATCH – COPY – REPEAT! You have an optional warm-up, and then choose one or more drills to practice depending on how much time you have. Short Drills include Shoulder Thrusts, Ronde Jambe, Rib Cage Isolations, Hip Slide, Hip Box & Circle, Grapevine, Hip Pistons into Basic Shimmy, 3 Step Turn, Chest Pops, Hip Drops, Hip Lifts, Vertical Hip 8's, Wrist Accents. Some technique is slowed down so that it is easy to follow. You can always write down notes, pick out your own music, and practice at your desired speed once you are familiar with the movements. Remember to cool down with a nice stretch for a nice well rounded period of physical activity. There is no one to judge you!
