My name is Lindsey Dinneen, and I am passionate about helping people live their most inspired, empowered lives through incorporating meditation, movement, and mantras into their daily routines. Stretch & Tone is designed for all fitness levels, and incorporates a full-body workout, as well as targeted workouts for abs, legs, and arms, as well as a stretch routine.
