This course is the foundation for dancers to become poppers.  Beside the pop, the flexing and relaxing of the muscle, dancers must master body isolation, rhythm and timing, and muscle control.  Volume 1 of my Popping 101 series demonstrates simple and easy to follow drills for any beginner to start training immediately. 

For beginning dancer who want to strengthen their isolation, rhythm and timing, and muscle control.
