My name is Joost Raaijmaakers, and I enjoy helping others.

I love getting people in shape and teaching them martial arts that will make their lives better.

I've been studying martial arts for 28 years and plan to continue as long as I can.

I am eager to share everything I know with others through free content on social media and exclusive courses on my website.

My mission is and always will be to give a helping hand to those in need.
