Enjoy imagery, music, verse, and poetry, along with important personal exercises and reflections. "Positive psychology is the study of the 'good life,' or the positive aspects of the human experience that make life worth living (Seligman, 2000)." Be inspired to find happiness in your own life from reflection and movement in the visual aspects of human health and happiness. If one is to take responsibility for finding happiness, acknowledge that you can change your circumstances by taking action. Others may want put themselves first and practice better time management.  Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus "pleasing, thankful", is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, and for what we do have in life. To practice gratitude, reflect on what you are grateful for each morning to shape the rest of the day, keep a gratitude journal, and reframe negative experiences by finding something within them for which you are grateful. A meaningful life can be defined as one having worth or value, of which we all have as a gift from God.
