This course will help you to unlock your body’s powerful abilities to heal itself!
You see, the information we need to guide us and bring us back to balance is stored deep within each and every one of us. This is the information beyond what doctors, friends, or loved ones can provide. Your internal guidance system is your inner compass, and we must learn to utilize it and trust it more.
I see the mind and the body as one, and when one system is off, it deeply impacts the other.
Having over 25 years working in the medical field, also an intuitive healer and Feldenkrais practitioner®, I have a unique understanding of pain and the body, often viewing physical pain as the vehicle through which people somatically express what is truly going on in their internal world.
In this Program
You will be guided through 3 somatic Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons which will help you to let go of stress & tension and refind your body's natural state of harmony. (No prior experience is needed).
There will be 3 learning Modules:
A. Module 1 - Reconnect with the internal world of sensation within our bodies, and start to interpret the messages from within.
B. Module 2 - Learn how to be your body’s own best healer and some of the meaning & messages that lie beneath our pain and discomfort.
C. Module 3 - We’ll focus on the specific parts of our bodies we dislike the most, and the karmic reasons for why we created these parts of ourselves this particular way.
You’ll learn how to start a regular meditation practice.
There will be 2 journaling modules in both PDF & MP4 format.
You will learn ways to deepen your intuitive abilities in order to help you on your healing journey.

What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais method® is an extraordinary somatic therapy that helps to adapt the nervous system towards its optimal state. Named after Moshe Feldenkrais, an Israeli jew (1908-1998), who developed the method to recover from a debilitating knee injury.
The focus of these lessons is on breaking up your habitual movement patterns and states of contraction (i.e. around the shoulder, jaw, and back), and replacing them with more of your innate way of moving, with grace and ease.
You are encouraged to use minimal muscular effort for each movement and listen inward for the subtle changes that occur in your bones, muscles, and joints. The method is great for easing body aches and pains and helping us to regain clarity, focus, and direction.
