Casey founded IFIOC to teach Motivational Interviewing, a communication method. This short course is filled with basic details about Motivational Interviewing. In addition to that you will learn more about empathy, reflective listening to increase engagement while decreasing resistance.  A key to this course is learning strategic reflective listening, rather than what most people think reflective listening is, there is no parroting in this class! .
