This unique approach to self-defense training focuses on preparing both your body and mind to give you the possible chance at a positive outcome in a bad situation.
We start with Breath Training, which is how you'll learn to take control of fear and stress.
We'll then move on to Movement Training, establishing the foundation of movement that you'll need for most situations. We save the best for last, introducing simple to learn but highly effective martial arts techniques that will give you the knowledge and confidence you need.
This is a basic level course, for all fitness and experience levels. All you need for this course is a willingness to move your body and open your mind.
