This course takes a holistic view of wellbeing, supporting you to optimise your wellbeing through your middle years. You will start by reflecting on what your health is like now and what you would like to improve. Through the "Body" section you will review how you eat, move, rest, recuperate, sleep and we'll look at the experience of the menopause. In the "Mind" section you will become aware of how your mind can impact your wellbeing. You'll identify your automatic thoughts, beliefs and rules whilst understanding the link between your thoughts and how you feel physically and emotionally. In the "Self" section you'll look at your values and what gives your life meaning. You'll review your connections and relationships with others and yourself. You will also consider your style and environment and how these can influence your wellbeing. In the final section you'll review and reflect on what you have experienced through the course and plan how you will take action.
