  3. Meditation: We all struggle to calm our minds in this busy world. I will help you in learning simple yet powerful and easy to stick to meditation

  4. Self-Talk: Sometimes we need that push. When the whole world seems against us all we need to hear is some motivational words. In this chapter, you will learn about this. You will master the art of self-motivation.

  5. Gratitude: An exercise with some tips on how to practice gratitude. The importance of gratitude in Indian culture is immense. We will bring that back to your heart and mind in this chapter. This is something that will fill your heart with love and hope

The third part is about Wealth transformation. you will learn the following skills:

  1. Decision-making: This is the start of your journey. Every decision you make shapes your future. In this part, you will get very useful tools to help you improve your decision making

  2. Resilience: With an inspiring story of a resilient man, a lesson from super Mario, and great tools you will dig deeper into your own resilience powers. this chapter will be fun yet powerful and easy to stick to when you get challenged by any situation

The fourth part talks about relationships. Here you will learn about:

  2. 7 different emotions we experience is A great way to let go the resentment. This is a tool that you will be able to use at any time.

  3. Anger: Deep dive into what makes us angry and how we can control this emotion better.

  4. Fear: We all have it and it is good to have some sort of fear. But sometimes it takes over our whole life, we fear to build new relationships, we fear to let go of toxic people from life. This chapter will help you in resolving this issue once and forever. Also, a great lesson from "The Lion King"

  5. Love: This is the ultimate emotion we want to have in every relationship. We want to love everyone around us without any judgments and we expect the same back.
