Train the Virtual Trainer©

Train the Virtual Trainer©

Train the Virtual Trainer© is an online program that helps trainers develop their online facilitation skills. The course helps both participants with experience in training and those who are intermediate to this path, combining tools and techniques for the online environment with classical theories of adult learning.

Moreover, the course is a perfect opportunity for facilitators to gain awareness of tips & tricks for creating memorable experiences in the virtual classroom, as well as to make a personal list of actionable things they can implement in their next online course.

If you're looking for a set of resources that will help you make the shift from offline training to online, this is the perfect investment. Here, at Interact, we’ve created the essential kit for an online facilitator. Building on our 23+ years of experience with corporate clients from various industries, we've put together what we call a portable guide for a trainer who wants to transition from face to face to online trainings fast and smoothly.

We designed this course for those trainers who want to master the virtual training world. We did all the research and the testing so you wouldn’t have to do it from scratch. By the end of this course you will be able to design your online course and gain awareness of tools and instruments that increase participants’ engagement in the online environment.

We’ll go over the differences between delivering offline versus online, the specific challenges of this way of working with your participants, the technical aspects that you need to have in place before going live and during the course, how to keep your participants engaged throughout the session, how to design your course so that you address all learning styles and how to negotiate your role with your colleagues or with your participants so that your session is flawless.
