KarateFit is a karate-based fitness program that utilizes real, traditional karate movements that are taught in actual dojos. This is a complete fitness program that also teaches people the essence of karate without the partner work. It gives people the same level of total body workout that a karate class would or an MMA/boxing style fitness class would. This is not cardio kick boxing. A karate style ranking system is also utilized to give participants the goal setting aspect of karate.
