The purpose of the Foundations of Human Performance course is to provide the students an opportunity to learn the holistic approach to developing an entire human being. Scientific, administrative, and prescription principles will be broken down throughout the course to help the students master the art of human performance and leadership.
The course is broken down into the following sections:

Section 2: Science of Human Performance
Section 3: Nutrition
Section 4: Administration in Human Performance
Section 5: Human Performance Prescription
Section 6: Special Topics in Human Performance

- How to improve strength, power, speed, and develop a well-rounded human being.
- Topics include but not limited to: Energy systems, biomechanics, nutrition, testing and administration, warm-up and flexibility, program design, sport psychology, injury and rehab, aerobic training, plyometrics, and working with special populations.
