Marmas  are special points with relation to the energies of the body, your mind, prana and doshas (vata, pitta, kapha). They create the union of all these aspects, ranging from the innermost consciousness to the internal organs. Marma points play an important role in Ayurveda and are used to diagnose one's physical or mental condition. They can also reveal an imbalance in the human body that can easily lead to a disease. Fortunately, by applying marma massage, you can either heal yourselves in a non-invasive way or simply use it as a prevention and pleasure.
