When it comes to weight loss most of us have something to say but 90% of that knowledge is incorrect. I used to be like that back then when I was overweight not knowing what to do.
I didn't know the difference between weight loss and fat loss I thought that it is the same thing although it is not, well I will make sure to inform you well about that and I'll make sure you will have the picture that will make you more aware about weight loss process and fat loss.
We will see the story behind my loss of 40 kgs, my weight loss ratio was 1 to 2 kg/week but I worked hard for it. I went from 109kgs down to 69kgs.
The weight loss process is one of the pillars of the course for better understanding and having scientific knowledge about that.
Food to avoid and food to eat are two pillars as well in order to lose or gain weight, we have to give up some foods and make sure to eat other kinds of it for a better result and a great lifestyle.
Workout is needed in our general lifestyle not just during a diet, some workouts are good but other workouts are better for satisficing results.
Last but not least water and sleep are important, we cannot have a normal healthy lifestyle without these two. They are two factors that control our happiness and they control the weight loss process as well, why? how? That we will see in the course, thank you, stay active, positive, you can do it.
