Become a Zoho Programmer (for Non-Programmers)

These courses are designed for anyone looking to learn Deluge, whether they have programming experience or not.

Coding and programming can sound scary, especially for those of us with zero programming experience. That was me! But, I was able to learn Deluge really well and it significantly increased the functionality I can provide in any Zoho system design.

While your functions may start out with simple things (updating fields, creating new records, etc.), by the end of the course you'll be:

• Copying data from a CRM Account Record to a CRM Deal record.

• Taking CRM Deal record data and auto-creating and emailing a Zoho Books/Invoice invoice.

• Connecting Zoho CRM with 3rd-party APIs (including ALL THE OTHER ZOHO APPS)

Can some of these tasks be handled with Zapier or Zoho Flow? Yes... but Zapier and Zoho Flow can be:

• Limited in scope (i.e. you can't trigger an email from Zoho Books, or select which payment gateways should be selected on an invoice)

• A confusing, garbled mass of spaghetti of triggers and actions (instead of concentrating everything into a single function)

• Horrible at creating/updating multiple records cross platform (see spaghetti above)

• Blasé (sorry for the ad hominem attacks)

Some things are simply better accomplished in Deluge — it makes an already highly-customizable Zoho even more adaptable and versatile.

So, go ahead and watch these short, simple videos to begin learning how to make Deluge work for you!

Zoho is powerful — but you don't even REALIZE how powerful it can be using custom functions and Deluge!
