In this course, we will start from scratch, from our brush painting outlines to coloring the entire painting. We will also discuss relevant Chinese cultural aspects during our classes. This course however, does not include the illustration aspect of the outline drafting, because the skills required is much more advanced than the beginner level. Therefore, you will be able to use the ready made and downloadable outline.

Allow me to introduce you to the bird painting in our course! As one of the gems on the crown of the Chinese painting, the bird painting (in both Freehand and Gongbi styles) is a crucial domain that requires great attention, and this course serves as a start to our bird painting courses.
