In this course, we will start from scratch, from the overall outlining to the coloring of each object, but our focus will be on the painting of birds (feathers). We will also discuss relevant Chinese cultural aspects during our classes. This course does not include the illustration phase of this painting however, because the skills required for illustration are different and more advanced for our beginner level course. Therefore, you will find the outline ready made and directly downloadable.

In our course, we will work on our bird theme, and add the feather painting to our skill set, this time we are also going to learn to paint hard feathers while reviewing all the other skills such as soft feather, ink and color laying on the other images. This is also a painting with a nice meaning, therefore in our course, we will also speak about the meaning of paintings, so that you are better equipped for intercultural communications.
