This first module, Effective Prospecting, shows you how to cast a wide net, explore and understand a customer’s real needs and then how to develop and evaluate your prospects to keep your sales funnel filled with ‘high potential’ opportunities. Your learning journey continues with the development of an early understanding of value and differentiation, preparing you for an effective sales call.


Each module of this course focuses on critical tools, processes, and techniques that you can apply to any sales environment, be it retail, commercial, in person or online. To help you cement your knowledge prior to moving on to the next session, each module is followed by a short quiz aimed at helping you retain the most important points.


After completing this Effective Prospecting Sales course, you can continue to develop your skills with one or more of the other Sales Training courses offered by Emily and the Beyond the EDGE Training team.
