Hello friend!

My name is Fabian, I am happy you have found the way to my online courses! This course contains aspects of focus that can benefit anyone aiming to enrich their experience of training and movement.

In each course, I will invite you to follow 16 practical exercises to train your brain, consisting of three differen levels. You will increase neuroplasticity and improve your whole body coordination, with the use of three juggling balls.

In each video, you will receive three levels to complete. Each one consists of an exercise that must be completed multiple times in a row. I will demonstrate the exercise, make sure to stop the video until you have succeeded in reaching the repetitions to satisfactory standards. Although the videos may only last a few minutes, your training can be expected to last between 20 and 30 minutes.

Please make sure to have at your disposal prior to starting the video; 3 juggling balls. I hope your engagement in this program will prove to be of significant value, particularly in relation to your enhanced motor control, coordination and mental focus.
