US Health Insurance 202
US Health Insurance 202
US Health Insurance 202 will build on what students have learned from US Health Insurance 101. This is class 2 in a series of 3. Each will increase in difficulty and build on more complex topics as we progress. We will go in a little deeper with terms ad well as a little deeper into how a plan works. We will also go in a little more as to how claims work and how to read documents. Students can expect to build on the prior course and become more familiar with the current industry.
This class is designed for students who are looking to join the insurance industry, work in benefits administration, work in a clinic or just want to be better informed about their plan. This series is also helpful to small business owners who offer coverage to their employees. This series will help answer questions that are proposed by employees, patients or clients in a clear and concise manner.
While not a substitute, they class series can also help agents in training get an understanding of concepts after taking pre-licensing class but before sitting for the state exam. Content is based on real world experience and is in part based on the general exam concepts.
