Filmmaking is a tricky proposal and documentary filmmaking is no exception. In documentary, a major hurdle to overcome is getting your project up and running. All too often filmmakers will dive into a project with a concept that lacks crucial storytelling elements and without the technical and strategic preparation needed for a sustainable production.
