Whatever your reason to (re)start with yoga, this is for you if you want to:

  • feel good from the inside out instead of focusing on external goals

  • create space in your mind and ease in your body

(Private) Yoga classes with me are all about feeling good & moving well, based on the principles of Natural Movement and Strala Yoga.

We start where you are, and explore what you need to feel better. Reconnecting to your breath and your whole self. Moving everything you've got in every direction you can and feeling good along the way.

You’ll learn to be and move with Ease, how to do more with less. To notice when you are pushing yourself too hard and you need to soften to reconnect to your breath.

It’s not about the yoga poses, it’s about connecting within and finding your EASE.

These longer classes are designed to support you in what you need to feel better:

  • Hang in There Flow - Calming flow to settle excess energy and find peace

  • Gentle Flow - Shoulders & Back - Waking up the whole body with a focus on the upper body

  • Freedom Within Flow - Energizing flow to create space in mind and body
