In this course, I show you my secrets, technics and tools to succeed in the art of mastering focus. My more than 20 years of experience are condensed here for anyone interested in transforming his or her life to be able to do in 2 hours what most people need 8.

This course is structured in 3 parts that speak about "you", "the challenge" and "the rest", which I find the best approach to address focus. In each of them, we'll study its particular levers to unleash your full potential in mastering focus.

The course is open to all levels and participants. The only prerequisite is that you have an open mind and want to really improve and transform your life. This course is not just about a list of tools and explaining how to use them! It is about finding the fundamentals that will empower your focus in any daily situation.
