About the Instructor
Nima King has been practicing breathwork daily since 2014. In the past few years he has been teaching this combinations of both ancient and modern breathing practices with his students from all around the world.
As well as Breathwork, Nima is an international teacher of Wing Chun Kung Fu and Meditation practices and through his Online School (www.mindfulwingchun.online) and global seminars, has helped many people integrate these internal self-mastery practices to their daily lives.
