You Are Meditation - Here's the Key to Your Self

You decide how far you want to go - everything you need is right here.

You can easily dip into a short, effortless meditation to get a taste of peace and joy, and feel refreshed - yes, this course will help you with that. But it doesn't end there. The exercises in this course is created and structured in such a way as to potentially change your entire life from the inside out. This is accomplished by slowly increasing your exposure to the silence within yourself in a wide variety of situations - beginning with something as easy as lying in bed, and ending with basically being able to meditate no matter where you are or what is happening around you.

Being split into six sections - Beginner - Passive | Beginner - Active | Intermediate - Passive | Intermediate - Active | Expert - I will lead you through lessons requiring more and more ability to remain silent and aware in the present moment.

You will need to progress slowly through the course, always making sure you master one lesson before taking on the next, until you complete the entire program. If - and only if - you do that, then your life is likely to change in as of yet unknowable ways.

Meditation can take you all the way to the core of your own existence, if you so wish.


Do you have to master the entire course to get a benefit?

Not at all! It all depends what kind of benefit you are looking for.

This is an exhaustive meditation program for all levels of mastery, but the calming, stress-relieving byproducts of meditation is felt almost immediately upon the silencing of your busy mind - usually already the very first time you meditate. Hence, how far you are willing to go is entirely up to you, and will depend on who you are and what your goal with learning meditation is. For example:

  • If your main goal is to simply learn how to take a mental "time-out" from the hassles and stresses of daily life, then mastering only the Beginner's section will be more than enough for you. This will enable you to easily take a 5-15-minute meditation session when you want some much-needed breathing room in your busy life, quickly making you feel rejuvenated and ready to continue your day. In fact, I suspect the Beginner's section is enough for most students.


  • However, if you decide that you want to learn to meditate deeper and more thoroughly than the Beginner's section allows you to do - or you have already acquired this proficiency from earlier, and now want to bring meditation into more varied aspects of your life, then the Intermediate section will provide just what you need.


  • Lastly, if you are one of those rare few who want to completely transform your life into a peaceful, joyous existence by bringing meditation into every nook and cranny of your life, then advancing to the Expert section is the perfect opportunity to do just that. Here, I provide you exercises that might take months or even years of dedication to fully master - and if you persevere and actually master these lessons, then a radically different life is awaiting. Not necessarily different in any externally visible way, but truly mastering all the course's Expert exercises is likely to bring about a change in your mental, internal space - in your very being - which might transform your life in ways you likely can't even dream of.

Hence, all these different paths are available to you in this meditation program, and as such, the course's total video time is not linked to how long it will take you to progress through it. You will not be able to simply binge-watch all these videos and think you are "done". Each individual video lesson's total time is in reality the time it takes you to master it, before moving on to the next. This might take many years for beginners, many months or years for intermediates, or weeks or months for true meditation experts.

In order to make a decision, I suggest you watch the freely available videos. If you watch and think I am talking too slowly or you do not like my personality, then please move on to another course. However, if something resonates and you feel yourself becoming a little more calm as I speak - and what I am saying makes sense to you - then we likely are a match, and I would think my method of teaching fits you.
