Get Better Posture | Easy 5-Minute Daily Stretches/Exercises

I have helped students and practitioners all over the world prevent injury by creating better posture. I've been teaching yoga for half a decade and have helped people from gym rats to workaholics achieve better posture, prevent injury, and enhance their confidence all through greater somatic awareness.

This course is for you if:

- you find that you are restricted by your posture or alignment

- you often feel fatigued

- you have had injuries from too much physical activity and not enough stretching

- you feel your body is stagnant in its energy

- you want to build your confidence

- you want to feel more physically abled and pleasantly loose throughout your whole body

This course is designed to enhance, open, expand, and strengthen your posture. Injuries, a lack of confidence, anxiety, fear, poor blood circulation, tension in the shoulders and neck, and lower back pain are all results of poor posture and alignment.

This course will give you very simple exercises and stretches that you can do every single day, whether you are in the comfort of your own home or at work. These practices will help you get to where you want to go with your posture, especially if you continue practicing even after our 3 weeks together.

In as little as 5 minutes a day for 3 weeks, you will notice an improvement in your posture, mind, body, and spirit.
