In this course we will focus on four foundations of wellness to improve your health and quality of life. This course is not another "eat less-exercise more" doomed to fail program. We will look at all aspects of our health including Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, and Maintenance. This course is designed around knowledge, backed up by action, that will lead you to sustained improvements in your life. This course will teach you how to set goals, how to frame your mindset for success, and give you the tools you need to get to reach your goals.

Our Four Foundations include:

1) Nutrition which includes Clean Eating, Hydration, and Sugar Reduction.

2) Movement which includes Low Intensity, High Intensity, and Stretching.

3) Mindset which includes Self Care, Setting Goals, and Support.

4) Maintenance which includes Improving Sleep, Improving Habits, and Detoxification.

5) Supplements basic training.

6) Mini programs for sugar reduction, and detoxification.

7) Additional Resources to help plan and implement your wellness goals.


After you have your foundational knowledge we will begin our practical application. We will teach you how to take this base knowledge and apply it to your daily life to make improvements to your overall health. Our goal is to make lifestyle changes so that your new found success will become automatic in your life! When success is too much of a struggle to maintain we ultimately always fail to hold onto it over the long haul. While there will be some struggles, and there will be some setbacks, this course will give you the knowledge and support you need to deal with, and overcome adversity.
