The motion is towards creating and building the positive vibes. Also it creates valuable and positive change in the learners with the end goal of developing followers into leaders and practice quality as a habit.

The notion is towards Transformational teaching  as a priority and is entirely as a module  based on the idea that an instructor's purpose is greater than delivery of information and sharing the structure towards excellence.  I repeat, rather than being content focused, transformational teachers help students become meta-critical participants in the learning process and well-practiced at critical thinking, goal setting and reflection.
