Yin yoga stretches and twists the connective tissues - this means, we are going to work the tendons, joints,  fascia, as well as, the bones. In particular, yin yoga can help you improve your form, to become more stable, and can contribute to improving your flexibility and your balance. This is not a practice that will work your muscles, but it will work your connective tissues before or after you have worked your muscles!

This yoga course contains 8 hour-long yoga classes for the following types of sports:

- yin yoga for runners

- yin yoga for skiers

- yin yoga for swimmers

- yin yoga for climbers

- yin yoga for weight lifters

- yin yoga for dancers

- yin yoga for kickboxers

- yin yoga for bikeriders

Additionally, you will get 4 yin yoga classes to help relieve injury-related pains for the lower and upper back, knee pain, as well as, for sore muscles.

Finally, you will be getting 2 quick yoga classes to start the day off on the right foot!
