Adaption Nutrition is a nutrition course that is designed for each individual and their goals.

Understanding nutrition can be confusing so we simplified it to help you lose weight, tone up and get back to being and feeling in great shape. Continue reading to find out more about our course and what we can offer you.

Our course is delivered to you in video session format with a qualified nutrition coach who will talk you through your course stage by stage so you feel confident with the course material. You will be able to view your video files and PDF files so you can watch in the office, at home, out and about or when travelling. The course should be taken for 6 weeks and each week you will learn how to take control of your eating habits, identify the difference between Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins, what macro-nutrients and energy systems do, how to grow and build muscle tone and, (most importantly) learn how to keep the weight off permanently…. Remember, we don’t say the word ‘diet’ here.

You will be given a PDF Workbook for weekly session each week to work alongside with the course coach, to help you understand the content and give better explanation to each subject area… we aim to make nutrition easier to understand so you can apply it straight away and reap the benefits of a healthier lifestyle aided by Adaption Nutrition.

Where we started & what we offer

Adaption Nutrition was designed by our in-house nutrition coaches for one reason, to give the client the answers they wanted to help them achieve their goals.

We have been teaching nutrition for years with our clients, and our clients in return have also taught us. One of the key lessons we were taught was that they wanted to know the full truth when it came to their bodies and how they could improve their fitness and dietary goals. No myths, No buts, No BS! Just straight up simple nutrition taught to you without trying to sell you a membership or a fad diet.

And that’s what we have been doing ever since, just applying simple nutritional rules and guidelines for our clients to follow, backed by science and goal setting.

Our course is a reflection of those clients, we have been adamant that nutrition taught the right way, is the right tool for you to use to your advantage when it comes to health, fitness and well-being.

There are 6 individual modules to the course, each module discussing the basic fundamentals of nutrition, why you can’t lose weight or gain muscle tone, what things you need to change and where you need to make those changes, reinforcing better eating habits and nutritional understanding. If you become stuck or in need of help we are always here to help to guide you along the way.
