There are many workshops that teach you how to find your animal of power, but few of them teach that there are different types of animals of power with specific functions and that you not only have one animal of power, but you have several animals.

We have the tonal animal of power or totem, which will help us in our daily life, the execution of our material goals and our correct manifestation in earthly life.

The distinguishing feature of shamanism is its focus on an ecstatic trance state. In which the soul of the shaman leaves the body and ascends to heaven or descends to earth (underground world).
