In this course you will learn how to create your own Mandala from scratch and use Mindfulness meditation tools to explore your creativity, step into your daily life more relaxed, grounded & clear as well as deepen your self-knowledge by becoming aware of what is happening inside and outside of you while drawing your Mandala.

In particular, you will learn about the meaning, symbolism and history of Mandalas, the basic principles of Mindfulness and how to integrate this practice to the creative process as well as cultivate the habit of meditation from a different - and complementary -  perspective.

The course is open to everybody and there is no prior experience required in any visual art or meditation practice. It is suitable for all people who are willing to explore both creativity and meditation as well as for those who want to learn valuable and practical tools to quite the mind and gain mental clarity and peace.
