THE COURSE

In this introductory course to the tambora we will see the basic sounds of the instrument and we will learn to play our first rhythms.

We will use the binary method, a very useful, simple and intuitive method, to learn to write and read the rhythms.

Each lesson is made up of different rhythms.

You will see that some are more musical than others. But they all help us to develop technique and musicality.

The objective is that at the end of the course you will have integrated the basic sounds of the tambora and you will have developed the essential coordination of the hands, in addition to having learned a considerable amount of rhythms.

We all know the beneficial power of music, both physically and mentally.

There are numerous studies that link playing an instrument with good brain activity.

In addition, the music goes directly to our emotions and each song transports us to a state of mind as if by magic.

All the positive qualities of music are amplified when you generate the music yourself.

Percussion is an ideal way  to get into the music or to solidify your tempo and rhythm if you already play an instrument.

Percussion gives us that essence of origins that allows us to forget for a moment our problems and connect with our depths.
