Super Brain Yoga is a self care tool, an ancient practice in INDIA:

  • an exercise or a ritual to reform and calm the troubled mind.

  • a very simple, yet profound technique that opens new portals for more calmer, more happier and more efficient self

  • a self discipline exercise that can be done when one feels bored or irritated or just un-motivated

  • This practice is an amalgamation of YOGA Mudras, Auricular Acupressure, movement and breathing

  • This practice is to train Brain is very promising and a lot of research is going on


Mudras are the subtle energy connections  that happens by holding different fingers or any other body parts.

  • Mudra means "seal" or "closure" in Sanskrit language.

  • Everything in the Universe is made of 5 elements - Space (Ether), Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

  • Our 5 fingers represent 5 different elements.

  • By bringing different fingers together, we create different Mudras, resulting in different type of Energy flows.

  • Commonly known Mudras are "Gyaan" Mudra, "Chin" Mudra etc.


Auricular Acupressure is a form of alternative medicine :

  • based on the idea that "Ear" is a micro-system which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle (outer portion of the ear). 

  • Conditions effecting the physical, mental or emotional health of a person are assumed to be treatable by stimulation of the surface of the ear. 

  • Specifically our ear lobes represent head or brain stimulation point.


Movement is the very essence of Life. Right movements can release the trapped energies in the body

Breathing with the awareness is a game changer. Mind and Breath are more like "hand in glove"
