• A robust set of pre-scripted RFP questions to use when procuring AI-driven services and systems.

• An AI Code of Ethics for your own company to adopt.

• A Task Force Charter to stand up your own internal committee to track and monitor your company's AI usage in a safe and compliant manner.

NOTE: You do not need to know how to code in order to understand what artificial intelligence is and how it can create biased results. We built the course this way because we know that even though most HR professionals are not coders, it is very much up to you to ensure your HR systems deliver ethical and unbiased outcomes.
