This course puts the student back in the driver’s seat. I have designed trainings to help guide you on the various parts of the job search process including Making Your Resume Stand Out and now Maximize Your Interview.

These trainings as well as my other services use proven techniques that have evolved over the last 10 years helping people to develop their careers with specific focus on Career Coaching, Job Search, Resume Reviews, Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profiles in addition to Interview Strategies and Approaches. In complement I have over 30 years of corporate experience in Product and Business Development across over 11 industries.

PJR Consulting’s Maximize Your Interview has a first-rate agenda that includes adjusting your Interview Perspective and Process, guiding your interview preparation, helping you to build an Interview Strategy, Approach and Execution, and of course the Thank You Note. Our goal is to help you confidently drive a conversational interview with flexibility and passion. Additionally, this course includes techniques for challenges such as English as a second language. I teach proven methods that have improved based on learnings from past clients.

Each course participant receives an Interview Approach and Strategy E-Book downloadable in Lecture 3 helping you to organize and prepare while enabling the delivery of a solid Interview Strategy and Approach throughout the interview process.
