In this Easy Way To Draft A Skirt Pattern tutorial I will show you to how draft the skirt pattern and then cut and sew a sample for you to see how it will fit you.  From there you can start to design your own skirts designs.

Because once you master the this Easy Way Skirt Pattern technique, using only 4 basic measurements, you can go on to create your own skirt designs using some more advance technique like the 'Splash and Spread' technique.
