Self-Compassion comes in many forms. Be it forgiving past mistakes or being happy for success. Self-Compassion helps to lower stress levels and to have better relationships. It is one of the keys for general well-being.

During stressful times it is easy to be hard on yourself. Going on a diet or eating anything in excess amounts are common things to do. These kinds of actions don't help to feel much better and dealing with stress can get harder a longer term.

This course on Practical Self-Compassion helps to understand one important thing: At the end of the day everyone is a human being. It means that while everybody is good at something and can find success - at the same time everybody suffers from time to time. It is a part of this human experience.
