To accommodate various learning styles, the instructional materials are complete of both video and audio. The elements that make up the physical practice and the accompanying breathing techniques are introduced one by one, with pictures, text, and audio that explain in detail both execution and benefits. The yoga bedtime routine is recorded, easy to be played from a computer or tablet. In case that you chose no to use an electronic device, the practice is also available as a document that you can download and print. The fractional relaxation offered here is based on a technique used by sport psychologists; its purpose is to facilitate falling asleep, and render sleep as sound and healthy as it can be.
