The thyroid is a very complex endocrine organ and it's malfunction has great impact on each aspect of life, affecting your concentration and memory, your self-esteem, your happiness level and your overall body health. Your body and mind no longer work properly and at full capacity when there is a thyroid imbalance.

This course offers anatomical background and information on yogic tools that support thyroid health. You will learn the MBSR tools that Yoga offers for the body-mind, but with specific application on thyroid. These are:

  • Meditation,

  • Breath,

  • Stretch

  • Relaxation.

You will understand how to practice them by yourself but also you will be guided into complete practices here. Each disease and imbalance in the body is a message and a lesson that has the intend to bring depth into your life. There is a wonderful journey waiting for you.

Ana is a Yoga Instructor with great experience with auto-immune disease and thyroid disease.  She dedicated her life to find ways of improving life quality for people with auto-immune response and thyroid imbalances. Her passion and curiosity led her to discover a way to restore thyroid health, which she has tested over the last 4 years.
