What is Fit Defense Level 1?

This course combines fitness moves and self-defense so you can train on your own and at home to learn self-defense and condition your body. No need to find a training partner, as with most self-defense programs. Unlike other Krav Maga to self-defense courses, the Fit Defense Level 1 course is focused on providing practical and repeat movements that can be used by anyone- regardless of physical strength, previous martial arts or self-defense training- and for real-life threatening situations.

What do I get if I sign up?

The Fit Defense Level 1 course has 12 sessions- plus one extra bonus feature. They can be done 3 times per week over 4 weeks; or choose your own pace. The first few sessions are easy to perform, may sometimes feel a bit slower; however, as you advance in the program and condition your body, the sessions will become more dynamic, challenging and intense. Most sessions also feature a Bonus clip or demonstration of the skills adapted to self-defense situations, and performed by experienced individuals.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for everyone! Whether you've never done a self-defense or martial arts course, or you're a black belt, you will still learn useful new skills. Unlike many martial arts courses and trainings, 10Shadows techniques in the Fit Defense program are designed to prepare people for real-life, real-world situations, not just practice in a gym. We think you'll enjoy and gain from seeing the exercises, practicing them, then watching the demonstration videos of real situations where these new skills could be applied.

What is 10Shadows?

10Shadows is a new model of training for self-defense that combines best practices from Shadow Krav Maga, Shadow Jitsu, body guarding and my 20+ years of experience as a security professional and trainer.  I have seen and been in a lot of real, high-risk situations and trained professionals for these. There are 10 basic skills that are core to 10Shadows techniques. By learning these, it will be easier to build advanced techniques. The skills are based on real-life scenarios and real-world places. Our sessions also help you to train for situations including:

• The office

• Parking lots

• Elevators

• Hotels

• Stairs

10Shadows will increase your fitness level and prepare you for real scenarios of self-defense. In our, courses we will teach you how to use any surrounding object to aid in self-defense. Items such as:

• Water bottle

• Pen

• Mobile phone

• Keys

• Bag

• Umbrella

• Dog leash

• Many other items can help you avoid unpleasant situations and save your life.

The only program teaching you defense for real-life situations, taught by an Israeli bodyguard/security instructor
