Therefore, this course equips students and managers with the knowledge on how to manage operations in the dynamic business environment globally.
Inventory Management
In inventory management, this course focuses on inventory management in terms of controlling ordering and holding costs through the identification of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in both situations where they a fixed price of inventory and when the organization offers discounts (which is EOQ with discounts).

Demand forecasting lessons will help you understanding forecasting techniques which are globally used in Global Operations Management. Computations under this topic include simple regression analysis, the application of multiple regression equations in forecasting, Exponential Smoothing, Seasonal Indices and Tracking Signal.
