These public health crises have increased the demand for nutrition education and the exploration of innovative strategies for promoting healthful eating and living. Now more than ever, nutrition plays a key role in our bright, collective future, and together we are contributing greatly through the commitment to building knowledge and resources.

This course is an accredited continuing professional development (CPD) training course designed to promote lasting change of mindset and behavior. Upon completion, students will become recognized members of the international community of health and nutrition advocates and will receive an internationally recognized diploma in nutritional sciences.

As students advance through the curriculum, they’ll have the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of subjects in nutritional sciences, as well as other non-dietary aspects of life which facilitate or prevent healing. Students will explore the basics, such as macro and micro nutrients, calories, energy balance, and common nutritional terminology, as well as some complex concepts such as the nutrition care process, highly debated topics in nutrition, and an opportunity to look at the impact nutrition has on the future of our planet.

We will be starting with the basics, and the only prerequisite is an interest in nutrition.
