During the pandemic I created a weight loss program for women with the idea being to simplify the approach to weight loss and maintenance. (It is actually simple. Simply a numbers game.) It's a 24 day program. Anywho, it’s been sitting out there in the internet because, I needed to transfer it to Udemy. Woo hoo! It’s been transferred and is ready to go!
